(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) This petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue seeking direction to the respondents to produce her wife, namely, Thangam, before this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has been secured and produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sirkali on 12.06.2018 and the custody has been handed over to the petitioner / husband.
