This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8018 of 2020 dated 29.05.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No. 8018 of 2020 on 29.05.2020 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No. 8018 of 2020 on 29.05.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8018 of 2020 on 29.05.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to provide his mobile number to the respondent police and report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
