ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition to quash the criminal complaint pending against the petitioner in Crime No. 35 of 2024. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the dispute between two wives of one R.Satheeshkumar. The complaint has been lodged in which this petitioner has been identified as one Raisa. However, the petitioner has claimed that her name is Aishwarya and not Raisa.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that though in the complaint, name of Raisa has been mentioned, the investigation conducted sofar indicates that the petitioner name as Aishwarya. Anyhow, 161 statements of the witnesses reveal that the petitioner, Aishwarya is also called as Raisa. In any event, it is a matter for investigation and identity will be fixed only upon completion of the investigation. 2/4

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that she is a feeding mother, and therefore the respondent police shall not disturb the petitioner under the guise of investigation, unless and until her presence is imminently necessary.

This Court finds that there is no reason to interfere with investigation. The respondent police are directed to call the petitioner for an enquiry by causing summon well in advance. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
