This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 6.30 p.m., until further orders." imposed in Crl.O.P.No.473 of 2025 by order dated 09.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court; and the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in para no. 5(b) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.473 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a month, i.e., on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 17.04.2025 gbi To 1.The Inspector of Police, F-5, Choolaimedu Police Station, Chennai.
