2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he had authorized his colleague Mr.N.Fiza Nawab learned counsel to make an endorsement to the above effect on the case bundle.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through video conferencing and the endorsement made by the learned counsel as noted herein above on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
