The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition giving all material particulars. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
