(CRIME NO.646/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modify Condition Para 7, the petitioner are order to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Gummidipoondi the order dated 18.03.2022 made in Crl.OP.4610/2022 by this Hon'ble Court,enabling the petitioner to comply with the order and to pass such further or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P. CHANDRA SEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4610 of 2022 dated 18.03.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is no blood surety forthcoming for the petitioner. Therefore, even after grant of bail order on 18.03.2022, the petitioner is still in incarceration. Hence, he seeks for modification. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In that view of the matter, the condition imposed in para(7) i.e. one surety must be blood surety alone is relaxed and the petitioner will be free to produce any two sureties. Further, time is extended for 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order to comply with the order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
