CMP.No.9403 of 2019 in W.A.SR.No.29154 of 2019 T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J, AND V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN,J Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J We have heard Mr.P.Jagadeesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Prathap Singh, learned Government Advocate.

2. The petitioner has sought for amendment of the cause title even during the pendency of the writ petition.

However, since the writ petition was dismissed, the prayer for amendment was also dismissed.

3. Since the petitioner seeks to prosecute the appeal jointly, this petition to accept the cause title is allowed.

Registry is directed to make necessary corrections.
