ORDER

The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry, by its order dated 03.08.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1210 of 2015 modified the condition imposed on 16.06.2015 in Cr.M.P.No.883 of 2015, to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police station twice daily at 9.00 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., continuously until further orders and the other bail conditions remain unaltered.

2. In this case, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he may be permitted to appear before the respondent police once in a week and also for interrogation.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl.side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions promptly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1210 of 2015 dated 03.08.2015 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry is modified to the effect that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
