Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
