ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in 4(b) that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Page No.1 of 4

police, every day at 6.30 p.m., until further orders in bail order granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1987 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1987 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025 is relaxed.
