ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court by order dated 18.2.2009 in MP.No.1 of 2009 in CRL.RC.No.219 of 2009, suspended the sentence of imprisonment of the petitioner on condition of depositing of 1/3rd amount of the cheque amount. Since the revision petitioner has not deposited the said amount, he has undergone the sentence as per the orders of the Court below and, therefore, nothing survives in the petition.

2. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Revision case is closed.
