This petition has been filed to amend the offence under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 instead of 296(b), 111(2)(b), 118(2), 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4425/2025 dated 24.02.2025.

2. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.
