ORDER
The petitioner has made a representation on 29.03.2016 stating that he is entitled for compensation for taking over of the land situated in Survey No.182/1, Ward A, Block 6, Perumbakkam Village to an extent of 1668 sq.ft. As the said representation has not been considered till now, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General fairly submitted that the representation of the petitioner, which is pending consideration, would be looked into and appropriate orders would be passed on merits by the first respondent.
3.Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, the petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the representation dated 29.03.2016 along with a copy of this order to the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation dated 29.03.2016 within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
