O R D E R

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that since, the matter is settled, he has instructions to withdraw the Company Petition. He has filed a memo dated 21.10.2016 to that effect. 1.1. This fact is affirmed by the counsel for the respondent company.

2. The memo dated 21.10.2016 is taken on record. The Company Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Resultantly, pending company applications are closed.
