Solemnly Affirmed:

I am the power agent of the petitioners herein. I am filing my proof affidavit stating the facts of this case, the same may be treated as part and parcel of my evidence in chief. In continuation of proof affidavit, I am now marking the following documents:

Ex.P1 is the certified copy of the Sale Deed dated 30.08.1979 executed in favour of Mrs.Meera Balasubramanian and Mr.K.N.Balasubramanian. Ex.P2 is the photocopy of the Death Certificate of Mr.K.N.Balasubramanian (Compared with the original).

Ex.P3 is the photocopy of the Power of Attorney dated 10.10.2002 executed by the petitioners in my favour (Compared with the original).

Ex.P4 is the copy of the paper publication effected in one issue of English daily "The New Indian Express" dated 29.09.2023. Ex.P5 is the copy of the paper publication effected in one issue of Tamil daily "Dinamani" dated 07.10.2023.
