ORDER

This miscellaneous petition is filed to amend the provision of offence as "318(4) of Bharathiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2024 r/w Section 66-D of IT Act, 2008" instead of "318(4) of Bharathiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2024 r/w Section 66 of IT Act, 2008 in Crl.O.P.No.4569 of 2025 dated 27.02.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered.

4. Time is extended by two weeks for execution of surety bond. 03.06.2025 rsi Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy.
