C.M.P.No.11712 of 2018 in A.S.No.570 of 2013 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 238 days in representing C.M.P.SR.No.18584 of 2017 in A.S.No.570 of 2013, which has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased sole respondent in main appeal, namely Saint Jean Camala.

2. The petitioners/appellants filed new set of petitions to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent namely Mrs.Saint Jean Camala, to condone the delay of 1203 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent Mrs.Saint Jean Camala and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent Mrs.Saint Jean Camala in the above appeal in C.M.P.Nos.9554, 9556 and 9559 of 2020. Therefore, this civil miscellaneous petition is unnecessary.

3. Hence, C.M.P.No.11712 of 2018 is dismissed as unnecessary.
