ORDER
Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
2. This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to trace and issue the petitioners Provisional Certificate and Convocation Certificate relating to the Master of Corporate Law (MCL) upon consideration of the petitioners representation dated 21.11.2025.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has successfully completed Master of Corporate Law course in December 2018. It is the grievance of the petitioner pursuant to Covid-19, when the petitioner went to the University for collecting the certificate, only mark statement was given, however, provisional certificate and convocation certificate was not handed over. Hence, this writ petition.
4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into merits of the case directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date
of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
