ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the NCTE Regulations has been amended and hence, the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned with a fresh representation as per the new Regulations.

2.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted and this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
