The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 07.08.2017, by directing the respondents to make correction of the petitioner's name in Grade Sheet cum Certificate of performance of the petitioner's son Vipin Arulnayagam S.Roll No.4001443.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's second son viz., Vipin Arulnayagam.S was studying his Higher Secondary Education in the 3rd respondent School and he completed his IX and X standard in the same school during the period 20142016 with his Roll No.4001443/2016.. The 1st respondent issued the Grade Sheet cum Certificate of Performance on 28.05.2016, in which, the petitioner's name is mentioned as " Rani S", instead of " Rani Gnanaselvam.S".

It is also the case of the petitioner that by pointing out the error committed by the School authorities, by mentioning the name of the petitioner in Educational Certificate of the student, the petitioner made several representations, enclosing all the required certificates. Since the representations have not been considered, the petitioner has approached this Court. 4.
Considering the reasonable prayer, sought for by the petitioner and since the same is supported by other documents, the representation of the petitioner can be considered and appropriate orders be passed.

Accordingly, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.08.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
