Mrs.Hema Sampath, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Ms.Dolly Dyana Gananam, would submit that in the absence of any plausible, tenable and acceptable reasons, the delay of 86 days in filing the review petition cannot be condoned and prays for dismissal of this petition. 3.

Heard the submissions of Mr.P.N.Radhakrishnan, learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3 and Mr.Narayanasamy, learned counsel for the fourth respondent, who also made submissions as that of the learned Senior Counsel for the first respondent.

This Court, on perusal of the affidavits filed in support of this petition and on hearing the learned counsel on either side, is of the view that the delay of 86 days in filing this review application has been properly explained.
