Earlier bail Application filed by the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn on 13.03.2025. However suppressing the said fact, the petitioner has filed this petition stating that this is the first bail application, hence, this petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) payable to the "District Legal Services Authority, Chennai" within a period of four weeks from today.
