Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsels for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

2.From the record it is clear that both the petitioner and the 5th respondent are having license from the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the license given in favour of the 5th respondent affects her business.

3.This Court feels that in the absence of any prohibition in law, the 5th respondent cannot be penalized. If the petitioner is of the view that the 5th respondent is acting illegally, the remedy to the petitioner lies elsewhere. Thus, the Writ Petition stands disposed of by directing the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
