O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent, Inspector of Police, D2 Anna Salai Police Station, Anna Salai, Chennai - 600 002 to execute the warrant issued by the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.2, Allikulam Complex, Chennai - 600 003 in C.C.No.7357 of 2014 against the respondents 1 & 2/accused.

2. Heard both sides.

3.It is seen that the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.2, Allikulam Complex, Chennai 600 003, has issued warrant as early as on 04.02.2019, as against the accused https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

persons in C.C.No.7357 of 2014. Hence, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to execute the warrant issued by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.2, Allikulam Complex, Chennai 600 003, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the 3rd respondent to execute the warrant.

4.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
