Respondents PRAYER: Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 148 of Code of Civil Procedure to grant enlargement of time till 24.12.2020 for compliance of the order dated 25.02.2020 made in C.R.P.(NPD) No.239 of 2020 directing to vacate and hand over possession of the property to the respondents on or before 01.06.2020.

The petitioner/tenant has filed an affidavit of undertaking dated 26.08.2020 wherein, he sought time to vacate and hand over the premises to the respondent/landlord on or before 24.12.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would vehemently oppose for three months time sought for by the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted time upto 15.10.2020. On such date, he shall vacate and hand over the possession to the landlord. The affidavit of undertaking is taken on file and shall form part of the records.
