(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed to seek a direction to remove the encroachments in R.S.Nos.401/17 and 401/24 of Villarasampatti A Village, Erode Taluk.

2. A status report has been filed by learned Government Pleader to indicate that the encroachments have been removed to which learned counsel for the petitioner has shown satisfaction.
