Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to relax the condtions the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3777 of 2020 on 20.02.2020.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.O.P.No.3777 of 2020 on 20.02.2020 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The counsel for the petitioners would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.3777 of 2020 on 20.02.2020, the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the condition regularly and that charge sheet has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3777 of 2020 on 20.02.2020 is modified. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate-2, Coimbatore, after lifting of the lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning, whichever is earlier, on the first working day of every month until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
