Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to grant necessary police protection to the petitioners for utilise the land by taking possession of their plot which was allotted to the petitioners by of assignment order issued by the 3rd respondent in proceedings Viz. Naka.No.6853/2009/Ka2 dated 27.03.2017 situated in survey No.145/1A and 176/1B at Iduvai Village, Thirupur Taluk and District.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking police protection to the petitioners to take possession of their plot which was allotted to the petitioners by of assignment wide order issued by the 3rd respondent in proceedings Viz. Naka.No.6853/2009/Ka2

dated 27.03.2017 situated in survey No.145/1A and 176/1B at Iduvai Village, Thirupur Taluk and District.

2.By the communication dated 18.05.2017, issued by the District Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Officer the concerned jurisdictional police was directed to provide police protection to the petitioners, in view of the allotment of the plots to the petitioners by the assignment order wide proceedings No.6853/2009/Ka2 dated 27.03.2017 for the plots situated comprised in Survey No.145/A and 176/1B at Iduvai Village, Thirupur Taluk and District.

3.Therefore, the petitioners are directed to lodge a fresh complaint to the second respondent and the second respondent is directed to consider the same, in view of the order passed by the District Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Officer, Tirupur, dated 18.05.2017 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
