The de-facto complainant/P.W.1, in S.C.No.87 of 2016, seeks leave to file the appeal against acquittal.

2. From the affidavit filed in support of the application, it is seen that it is the contention of the petitioner that there is ample evidence on record to convict the accused and without considering the same, acquittal has been granted.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the application, leave is granted.
