(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Aggrieved by the order dated 19.04.2021 made in O.A.No.16 of 2021, an application under Order 39, Rule 1&2 of C.P.C., the appellant has come up with this appeal.

2.It appears that pending this appeal, the original suit itself has been settled between the parties and the suit has been decreed in terms of the compromise on 16.03.2022.

3.In view of the said disposal of the suit, nothing survives in the appeal. Hence, this appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
