This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5619 of 2023 dated 09.03.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
