The appointment of the petitioner was approved by the fourth respondent. However, he was not given the benefits of his earlier service from 23.06.1999 to 08.07.2007. The petitioner therefore submitted a representation on 12.01.2015 requesting the fourth respondent to extend him the benefits of earlier service commencing from 23.06.1999. The present request is to direct the fourth respondent to consider the said representation.

2. The fourth respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.01.2015 on merits and taking into account the earlier orders by this Court and more particularly, the order dated 22.01.2013 made in W.P.No.19821 of 2003 and etc., batch. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
