O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.237 of 2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The Inspector of Police [Crime], T-3 Police Station, Korattur has filed Status Report, wherein, in paragraph Nos.8 and 10, it is stated as follows:

"8. It is submitted that the case is still under investigation. I have to take the following effective steps to complete the investigation:

[i] to examine some more witnesses [ii] collected documents have to be verified at various levels https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

[iii] A-1 to A-3 have to be appeared for enquiry After completion of all the above aspects, I will complete the investigation and soon file a final report.

10. It is submitted that, I humbly prayed that this Hon'ble High Court may be granted 6 months time in order to complete the investigation and file a final report."

4. In view of the undertaking given by the Inspector that, he will complete the investigation in six months, four months time is granted for completing the investigation in Crime No.237 of 2012.
