This petition is filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed in para 9(3) of the order passed in Crl.R.C.No.356 of 2023, dated 14.03.2023.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement in the petition.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
