O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 01.08.2015 lodged before the 2nd respondent, which has been forwarded to the 1st respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It appears that this petitioner has obtained an order of interim injunction in IA.No.132 of 2015 in OS.No.108 of 2015 from the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tindivanam against one Sathyamurthy, who is the opposite party.

4. It is represented that the said Sathyamurthy is continuing to cause disturbance to the petitioner and his property.

5. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint before the Inspector of Police, Tindivanam Town Police Station and the said Inspector of Police is directed to enquire into the complaint and take appropriate action, in accordance with law for effectively implementing the Civil Court's order.
