ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 341 & 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.134 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. On perusal of the Accident Register, this Court finds that the injury caused by this petitioner has caused loss of hearing to the victim. This petitioner has gone to the room of the victim at mid night and attacked him with cricket stump, which has caused the said grievous hurt.
