8. Mr.A.R.Sakthivel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing these applications.
9. Heard both sides.
10. A conditional order had been made pursuant to which the respondent had deposited 25% of the Award amount. Thereafter, OP under Section 34 came to be dismissed on 09.04.2025. Thereafter, the respondent had also made good the amount excluding the Award amount that was deposited before this Court.
11. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that there is no impediment in ordering the application and accordingly, the applications are
ordered as prayed for. The Registrar General, on the memo filed by the applicant is directed to make payment of the amount together with interest if any of the amount deposited pursuant to the conditional order in the respective Original Petitions.
