No. 19054 of 2015: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the 2nd respondent's Notice dated 23.06.2015 and quash the same in so far as the auction of petitioner's shop No. 6 is concerned situated in Thandarampet Village Panchayat Commercial Complex, Thandarampet, T.V. Malai District and thereby direct the respondents to renew the lease of the petitioner's shop No.6 as per G.O.Ms. No. 92 Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department dated 03.07.2007 in pursuance to the petitioner's representations dated 17.06.2015 & 23.06.2015.
