This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner as modified in the order dated 19.10.2022 in Crl.MP.No.15783 of 2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as modified in the order dated 19.10.2022 as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
