ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.3 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that pursuant to the investigation made by the respondent police in Crime No.3 of 2021, a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Villupuram and the same has been taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate in C.C.No.10 of 2023.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing further survives for adjudication in the above petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report, if they are advised to do so. Connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
