This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 224 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 has no objection in condoning this petition. Perusal of the records shows that 4th respondent remain exparte before the Lower Court.

4. Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, on payment of cost.

5. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 28.10.2024.

6. On payment of cost, the appeal CMA and post it for admission on 29.10.2024, if the same is otherwise in order.

7. If the cost is not paid on or before 28.10.2024, this C.M.P. stands dismissed without further reference to this Court.
