O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present revision petition is to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvannamalai, to dispose the suit O.S.No.55 of 2015 within a time specified by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard Mr.Mr.S.Ruban Prabhu, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.M.Balaji for M/s.Bank Associates, the learned counsel for the respondents 4,7 and 8 and Mr.K.Moorthy, learned counsel for the respondent 11.

3. Taking into consideration of the fact that the suit is pending in the year 2015, written statement has been filed in the year 2016 itself, the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvannamalai shall endeavour to complete the suit proceedings as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
