Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the operation of the order dated 30.12.2019 made in WP No.18381 of 2007 (CMP.NO.9451/2021)pending disposal of the above WA.683/2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.V.ANANTHAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. There is no representation on behalf of the contesting respondent.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the learned Single Judge gone into the issues which are not germane to the case. The power of the Court is very limited which can be restricted to the award and as confirmed by the appellate authority. There is no need for any remand.

Considering the above, there shall be an order of interim stay pending disposal of the appeal and this miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly.
