Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.214 of 2020 from the file of the XVI Additional City Civil Court, Singaravelar Maaligai, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of this Court to be tried along with the suit in C.S.No.15 of 2021 which is pending on this Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.214 of 2020 from the file of the XVI Additional City Civil Court, Singaravelar Maaligai, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of this Court to be tried along with the suit in C.S.No.15 of 2021 which is pending on this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequentially, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
