However, the petitioner is directed to deposit the entire arrears of compensation payable to the respondents to the credit of H.M.O.P.No.56 of 2012, on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tirupathur, Vellore District, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In other respects, the order of the trial Court dated 11.08.2016 remains unaltered and the petitioner is directed to comply the same. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
