2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned standing counsel for the third respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of records revealed that after completion of his Under Graduation, the petitioner applied for MBA degree in the fourth respondent Institution during the academic year 2022 to 2023. The petitioner was selected and also deposited the admission fee of Rs.10,000/-. At the time of his admission, he had submitted all his original education certificates. Thereafter, he was unable to continue the course, since his father fell ill and he was constrained to go for employment. Therefore, the petitioner sought for return of his original certificates. However, it was not considered.

4. In view of the above, the fourth respondent is directed to return all the

original educational certificates of the petitioner, forthwith.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
