(The case has been heard through video conference) When the matter is taken up today for consideration, Ms.T.Hemalatha, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Revision has been filed challenging the notification issued in respect of the election during the year 2014 and thereby she would submit that the relief sought for in this civil revision petition has become infructuous and accordingly prays for appropriate orders. 2.Recording the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
