ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to subdivide the Survey No.1184/2 to an extent of 0.58.50 hectare situated at Pappini 1/4

Village, Kangayam Taluk, Tiruppur District and transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner based on the petitioner representation dated 25.03.2024.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 25.03.2024 with a request for sub-division of petitioner's property and issuance of patta, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for sub-division and issuance of patta for the lands comprised in Survey No.1184/2 to an extent of 0.58.50 hectare situated at Pappini Village, Kangayam Taluk, Tiruppur District, on merits and in accordance with law, 2/4

after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
