O R D E R
It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, final award has been passed on 26.12.2022 by the Industrial Tribunal, Tamilnadu, Chennai 600 104, in I.D.No.31 of 2006.
2. This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 10.08.2021 passed in I.A.No.242 of 2017 and I.A.No.192 of 2018 in I.D.No.31 of 2006, wherein the applications filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondent to produce the petition mentioned documents for inspection were dismissed by the Tribunal. Since the final award has been passed on 26.12.2022 and the main I.D. has been disposed of, the present writ petition has now become infructuous.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final award dated 26.12.2022 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Tamilnadu,
Chennai 600 104, in I.D.No.31 of 2006 in the manner known to the petitioner under law. The petitioner is also granted liberty to raise the contentions that have been raised in this writ petition while challenging the award dated 26.12.2022 passed in I.D.No.31 of 2006.
